Hospitality Essentials

This short course will equip you with all the necessary skills to work successfully in bars, restaurants, and cafés. Learn practical bar, restaurant, and café skills that will make you work ready, confident, and comfortable working within any hospitality setting, in New Zealand or overseas. You will be shown and taught the correct skills and techniques that employers need. You will also get training in how to manage customers in different situations, and managing customers from different cultures.

• English package students: $250.00
• NZDHM & DBMLY (THM) add-on: $250.00
• Aspire2 International Students*: $350.00
