Kia ora, and welcome! The Aspire2 Student App and Student Portal give you one account for everything, from the day you apply to the day you finish your programme.
One account, from your first question to your first class
Your welcome email
As soon as you enquire, we email you a welcome. Set your password, then scan the quick response (QR) codes to get the app and the Student Portal. If you didn't make the enquiry, one tap lets us know.
Apply
Fill in your application and upload your documents. Each application shows where it is and who it is waiting on. If we need something more, we send it back with a note, so you know exactly what to update.
Stay in the loop
You get a notification every time our admissions team acts on your application.
Accept your offer
Read your offer, confirm your details and accept it in the app. Download your offer letter whenever you need it.
Get ready to arrive
Work through your preparation steps: tell us about your visa, upload your insurance, send your arrival details, and book your airport pickup and your first two weeks of accommodation. Both are included. The app shows your named admissions contact.
Your welcome course
While you wait to start, a short welcome course with videos helps you get ready, including a plan for your first 48 hours and your first week.
Study
Close to your start date, your study area opens in the same account. Your application and offer stay there as a record.

Your week
Your timetable, deadlines and term dates, plus your attendance record.
Your AI Coach
An AI study helper. Ask it to explain a topic, quiz you or help you plan, any time. It helps you learn. It does not do your assessments for you.
Your student ID
Your digital student ID, with a QR code, is always on your phone. Add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Need a physical card? Just ask.
Messages and notices
Message our team, read the notices for your class, and book appointments.
Wellbeing check-ins
Tell us how you're going. Our pastoral care team uses your check-ins to support you.

Practical guides for life in New Zealand, like opening a bank account, building a weekly budget, getting an Inland Revenue Department (IRD) number and getting your phone connected.

The Student Portal
The Student Portal is the same as the app, on the web. Sign in on your laptop with the same account to do everything the app does, on a bigger screen. If you'd rather not install the app, you can use the portal for everything. It's the easiest way to fill in long forms, upload documents and read your lessons.
Check the app or the portal every day, so you never miss an important message or class update.

Your welcome email shows you how to set up your account. Our team will help you get set up with the app and the portal, before you arrive and again at orientation.
