Kia ora! We’re so excited you’re joining us. This handbook answers lots of your questions before you arrive, and it’s a handy guide to keep with you throughout your studies.
Inside, you’ll find who to contact, what to expect in your first few weeks and at orientation, Aspire2 Plus, how the Student App and Student Portal work, how we teach you to use AI well, how to stay safe and well in New Zealand, and our key policies on attendance, complaints, fees and refunds. Please read it carefully, and if you have any questions, just ask us. We’re here to help.
